POLICIES

Prior to booking an appointment, please be sure to read over the list of contraindications prior to booking. These can be found on each product page as well as on the menu of your website. It is your responsibility to look at this list and if any apply to you, contact me prior to booking an appointment so that we can make sure you are a goo candidate. 

Deposits are required at the time of booking and these are non refundable. 

Please give at least 48 hours notice to RESCHEDULE your appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given, you could potentially lose your deposit. 

LATE SHOW if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will more than likely have to reschedule you. This is because we need a certain amount of time to be able to safely do each procedure. You will then be required to pay 30% of a new deposit to reschedule. 

NO-SHOWS will lose their deposit. A new deposit will have to be made to schedule again.
