Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving item regarding a return. You MUST receive a return authorization before sending item(s) back. These items must be unworn and with original packaging (if applicable). You can either exchange the item for a new size or you will be issued a store credit. Due to the nature of our work, CUSTOM ORDERS cannot be returned unless it is due to a fault on our end.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION> unworn, tags, packaging, no smells etc.
We inspect each item before it leaves our warehouse. However, we are human and if an item does happen to arrive damaged, please let us know immediately! However, be sure to care for the item properly. We will not accept a return for items that were not washed properly or mishandled (this includes items being damaged when opening your package...DO NOT USE SHARP TOOLS TO OPEN PACKAGES).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
